How will the unit fit securely on my head?
All units are made to fit each individual client by using the measurements they provide, also an elastic band is sewn throughout the inside of all closure and frontal units which allows the unit to fit comfortably and securely.
- How do I care for my bundles/ wig?
Hair and wigs should be co-washed every two weeks with a moisturizing conditioner of your choice, and washed with shampoo every 4 weeks (or when needed)
when drying the bundles/ wigs it is best to air dry to maintain the luster and curl/ wave pattern.

- Do you provide coloring services?
Yes, coloring services are provided.
- How many bundles are needed for a wig?
2 bundles are used for units made with lengths 12-14".
3-4 bundles are used for units made with 16-30"
•Are pickups/ drop offs available?
No, all units and hair are required to be shipped via UPS. No exceptions.
- How long does it take for my unit to be finished?
Regular production time is 14 days after order has been placed (does not include holidays)
Rushed services (7 day production time, with overnight shipping) can be purchased for an extra fee. https://wigsbyerinmonae.com/products/rushed-services
- How long does it take for my order to ship
Shipping time (AFTER PRODUCTION):
Domestic Shipping (in U.S.): 3-5 business days
Overnight Shipping (in U.S. only): 1-2 business days (for an additional fee)
International Shipping (outside the U.S.): 6-10 business days
- What is your refund/ return policy?
Wigs by Erin Monae x Bundles by Erin Monae ensures to provide quality services and products for each customer.
Due to the nature of our product we do not allow returns or refunds.
